With a deep commitment to the fresh, authentic flavors of Taiwan, we bring you the best local ingredients while minimizing our environmental impact. Following the “In-season Only” philosophy, our menu embraces the richness of local flavors, creating a down-to-earth yet delightful experience that satisfies all your senses.

If you have vegetarian needs or special food taboos, Mu Restaurant can provide vegetarian meals or meals according to your needs. Please inform the service staff when making a room/reservation.
The evening set menu is a special menu for one night with two meals package. If you have any dietary restrictions (beef, seafood, etc.) or are vegetarian, please inform us when you make the reservation. Temporary changes cannot be made on-site.
