Hengchun Peninsula is a coral reef land on the junction of mountains and seas, with abundant produce from both the mountain and the sea. Local culinary arts emerged from this unique environment, as well as influences from multiple cultures dated back to the Age of Exploration, have shaped characteristic customs and cultures. This is the inspiration of our “DAOYU” - a collection of Southern style dishes.
